Project Overview

The Mechanical Services installation includes for the supply, delivery, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of all equipment within the main plant room.

The scope of works consisted of the following:

  • Strip-out and disposal of plantroom equipment
  • Modifications to the existing gas service
  • Installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers
  • Installation of new flue system
  • Installation of new Gas Fired Water Heater
  • Installation of new plantroom equipment
  • Design & installation of new controls
  • Pre commissioning and cleansing.
  • Testing and commissioning
  • Builders work in connection with Mechanical works
  • Provision of record documentation
