Contractors submit company, financial, insurance and policy information once; it is checked and kept up to date, and buyers can rely on it instead of issuing their own questionnaire for every contract.
ComGas Services UK Ltd holds Constructionline accreditation. For clients procuring building services, such as councils, schools, housing providers and facilities teams, it shortens the route to appointing us.
Buyers registered with Constructionline can view our profile on the platform. Anyone else can ask us for a copy of our current certificate.

Constructionline holds the company, financial, insurance and policy information a buyer would normally request at pre-qualification. Specific documents can also be supplied directly for a tender.
Do you hold other accreditations buyers ask for?
Yes. ComGas is CHAS accredited for health and safety, Gas Safe registered (629080), OFTEC registered (503911) and listed on the REFCOM F-Gas register. Each has its own page under Accreditations.
