Reliable power, effective lighting and controlled conditions matter in every guest and back-of-house area. Our electrical work covers distribution and power supplies for plant and catering equipment, lighting and emergency lighting, controls and building management systems, fault finding and remedial work, and periodic inspection and testing of the installation.

Electrical installation work is carried out in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition), with appropriate certification and documentation provided where required.

Spa and pool areas, treatment rooms, gyms, guest bedrooms, function spaces and commercial kitchens each place a different demand on air conditioning and ventilation. We survey what is installed, then scope air-conditioning and air-handling work, heating and hot-water plant, pipework and commercial kitchen ventilation around how the building is actually used.

Work ranges from system improvements and equipment replacement through to design-and-build mechanical packages, with isolations, access and out-of-hours working agreed before we start.

Downtime is expensive in a trading venue. Planned preventative maintenance can be built around your asset list, statutory servicing dates and the hours when plant, guest areas and kitchens can be accessed, with the gas, refrigerant, electrical and water records relevant to the work issued as part of the visit.

Priority response is available by agreement, and a single point of contact covers gas, heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical work instead of several separate contractors.
