Project Overview
Lowther Primary School, Barnes, London – Heat Pump, Heating Distribution and Radiator installation, Plant room refurbishment, Electrical upgrades and New Zonal Building Management Controls installed as part of de-carbonisation works undertaken for Richmond and Wandsworth Council.
- Existing Gas Boiler arrangement was stripped out and disposed of.
- A Trane Heat Pump was supplied and installed.
- Range CONQUEST Model CXAX 45 SE LN
- Concrete base installed for citing heat pump unit.
- An acoustic enclosure supplied and installed for aesthetic and planning permissions.
- Complete replacement of the Building Management System.
- Trend IQ4 controls installed with touch screen for ease of use and maintenance.
- Complete replacement of the heating distribution including all new radiators.
- Upgrades to the incoming electrical supplies.
- Trenching and cable ducting, back filling and making good.
- Sub metering supplies.
