Planned preventative maintenance for commercial and industrial gas, heating, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and air-conditioning systems—built around your assets, sites and operational priorities.
A well-planned maintenance programme protects people, operations and budgets. ComGas combines scheduled servicing, condition checks and practical remedial advice across the essential systems that keep a building running.
From a single commercial site to a multi-property estate, we can shape the scope, visit frequency and reporting route around your assets and responsibilities. The aim is simple: reduce avoidable failures, support compliance and make future work easier to plan.
ComGas Services UK Ltd
Commercial and industrial planned-maintenance support from Farnham, Surrey.
Choose a focused service agreement or bring multiple disciplines into one coordinated planned-maintenance programme.
Scheduled inspections and servicing designed around asset type, condition, manufacturer guidance and site needs.
Maintenance support for commercial heating, gas systems, boilers, controls, hot water and plant rooms.
Planned electrical checks, inspection, fault finding and remedial work for safe, reliable operation.
Routine care for ventilation, cooling and air-conditioning equipment to support comfort and performance.
Planned. Professional. Practical.
A ComGas maintenance contract can bring servicing dates, asset information and follow-up actions into one practical programme. We agree the scope first, then plan delivery around access, occupancy and operational constraints.
Where additional work is identified, the findings can be prioritised so urgent safety or reliability issues are separated from longer-term improvements and budget planning.
The ComGas Customer Portal gives existing customers a convenient route to relevant service information and documents. Available functions depend on the customer account and contract configuration.
Portal access is for existing ComGas customers. Prospective customers can discuss portal options as part of a maintenance contract enquiry.

Callout and priority-response options can be discussed when the contract is scoped. Availability and response arrangements are confirmed as part of the agreed service level.
ComGas believes long-term school maintenance relationships should create value beyond the plant room. Depending on the size and scope of the agreement, we may work with schools on agreed initiatives that directly benefit pupils and the wider school community. The most recent example is a sports kit sponsorship at All Hallows Catholic School in Farnham, covering football, basketball and netball teams in Years 7 to 11. Initiatives of this kind are agreed with each school individually and are not part of a standard maintenance contract.
Tell us about your buildings, key assets and current maintenance challenges. The team can arrange a conversation or site review before recommending a suitable scope.
