ComGas Services UK Ltd Commercial and industrial building-services support from Farnham, Surrey.
Core building services
Four disciplines, one coordinated commercial and industrial contractor.
Take a single discipline or bring several together under one coordinated planned maintenance programme for your commercial or industrial building.
Gas, Heating & Plant
Commercial boiler installation, repair, heating systems and plant-room support for offices, schools, industrial sites and commercial kitchens.
Boiler servicing and certification, kept on schedule.
Commercial boilers and plant work hardest when they are serviced on a planned basis rather than left until something fails. ComGas can agree a servicing frequency for your equipment, carry out the work and produce the certification and records relevant to the job.
Where the scope requires it, we issue the commercial gas documentation relevant to the work undertaken. Existing customers can also use the Customer Portal to view available service information and documents, depending on their account and contract configuration.
Planned boiler servicing schedules
Documentation relevant to the work undertaken, where applicable
Plant-room and heating-system checks
Available service information through the Customer Portal
Commercial gas work may require different records depending on the equipment, installation and agreed scope. ComGas confirms the relevant documentation before work begins and issues the records applicable to the work undertaken, which may include CP15, CP16 or CP42 where appropriate.
Commercial boiler service records, where applicable
Installation testing and purging records, where applicable
Commercial catering gas safety records, where applicable
Available service information and documents through the Customer Portal
The required record depends on the specific work and equipment. Portal access is for existing ComGas customers; available functions and document visibility depend on account and contract configuration.

Matt from ComGas Services UK Ltd was very professional, polite, friendly and quick installing a new shower in my bath (and at a better height for me) and a much easier press-in plug for my sink! He left the place spotless. This is the kind of service and installation people dream about - a 5 star service (see photos).

I have used Comgas twice and both times have been very happy with the service. Very friendly and honest. The most recent time, the job turned out to be a lot bigger than they initially thought but it was no issue and Paul stayed the extra time to make sure the job was done properly! He was really tidy, took a lot of care with the work that was done and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Pleased to have found a reliable heating company!

Fantastic experience from the chaps at ComGas! Special thanks to Matt who removed an old boiler and replaced with a new energy efficient to satisfy the demands of a five bed house with a few bathrooms/baths and showers. The ComGas admin team and Lee were fantastic too on the booking and administration side of things!

Here at St Joseph's we have worked with Comgas for a number of years. They have completed big projects and undertake regular maintenance for our school. They price fairly, and their work is completed to a very high standard. All the engineers carry a DBS which makes life so much easier when trying to book an engineer visit.
On the rare occasion that we have an emergency I can trust that Lee will get one of his engineers to respond quickly and efficiently.
Nothing is too much trouble and no job is too small.

Can’t see what you need? Speak to the ComGas team and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you work on industrial sites as well as commercial buildings?
Yes. ComGas supports commercial premises including schools, care settings, hospitality venues and offices, as well as industrial and manufacturing sites, subject to a site review of the equipment and access involved.
Can gas, heating, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work be brought under one contract?
Yes. The exact scope depends on your buildings and assets, but ComGas can coordinate these disciplines within a single planned maintenance programme rather than managing separate contractors.
What records can you provide for commercial gas work?
The required record depends on the equipment and agreed scope. Documentation may include CP15, CP16 or CP42 where applicable; ComGas confirms what is required before work begins and issues the records relevant to the work undertaken.
How do existing customers access service documents?
Existing ComGas customers can use the Customer Portal to view available service information and documents. Exact functions and visibility depend on the account and contract configuration.
Do you support facilities managers and letting agents across multiple properties?
Yes. We can discuss asset registers, service frequencies and reporting across a portfolio of commercial or let properties, then propose a suitable planned maintenance structure.
