From heating controls and zoning through to pressurisation units and the wider LTHW circuits that connect them, ComGas provides commercial heating services for offices, schools and commercial buildings across Surrey and surrounding counties — surveyed and specified against an agreed scope.
One team across the whole commercial heating scope
Commercial heating is the circuit, the controls and the equipment that keeps it working.
A commercial heating system is more than a boiler. Heat has to be distributed through LTHW pipework, controlled and zoned so different parts of a building are heated appropriately, and kept at the right pressure by dedicated equipment within a sealed circuit. Each of these is a distinct piece of work, and a heating system that has been installed or maintained without proper attention to all of them tends to develop the familiar problems of cold spots, noisy pipework or pressure loss.
ComGas provides commercial heating services for offices, schools, retail developments, care and residential settings and other commercial buildings across Surrey and surrounding counties, working alongside our commercial gas services — including our preserved commercial boiler servicing and heating maintenance programme — and our commercial plumbing services where a project spans more than one discipline.
This hub currently has dedicated pages for Heating Controls and Pressurisation Units. Commercial heating installation, repairs and maintenance, radiant and warm air heating, LTHW systems, expansion vessels and plate heat exchangers are all part of the wider commercial heating scope we cover; ask us about any of these and we will confirm how it is scoped even where it does not yet have its own dedicated page here. If you are looking specifically for our existing commercial boiler servicing and heating maintenance programme, that remains available on its own preserved page.

Commercial heating services
Controls, pressurisation and the wider heating circuit.
Each service below has its own dedicated page covering scope, process and what to expect. Other commercial heating disciplines are available on request while their dedicated pages are being built.
Heating Controls
Zoning and controls installation and upgrades for commercial heating systems, distinct from wider Building Management Systems integration.
Zoning and time/temperature controls surveyed and specified
Standalone or BMS-integrated controls upgrades
Existing controls assessed before any new specification
Coordinated with heating circuit and pressurisation work
Ongoing commercial boiler servicing and maintenance
Our preserved commercial boiler servicing and heating maintenance programme sits alongside these services.
Alongside the heating controls and pressurisation services on this hub, ComGas has long provided a commercial boiler servicing and heating maintenance programme, on its own preserved page. That programme covers planned servicing and maintenance visits; the services on this hub cover specific heating-system components and upgrades, and can be arranged as one-off projects or considered as part of a wider maintenance relationship.
Where a piece of heating work forms part of a wider project — a controls upgrade identified during a maintenance visit, or a pressurisation unit replacement alongside other plant room work — the same team can bring it together, so the specific component work and any ongoing maintenance programme are properly coordinated.
Planned commercial boiler servicing and heating maintenance
Heating controls and pressurisation units available as one-off projects

Incredible service — problems fixed perfectly once again.
Lee, Paul and the team at COMGAS are fantastic. They arrived on time and got straight to work, quickly identifying the root cause of the plumbing and heating issues I was experiencing.
The problems were diagnosed swiftly, I was kept fully informed throughout, and both issues were fixed with impressive speed and precision.
Having worked in the industry for nearly 20 years, I know how rare it is to find reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely skilled professionals — let alone a team this good.
I joked about it at the time, but it’s true: I had the best shower I’ve ever had in this house after they finished the job — and I’ve lived here for 10 years!
I honestly couldn’t ask for more and can’t recommend COMGAS highly enough.

I recently used Comgas for a gas and heating service, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue with my heating system and explained everything in detail, offering both short- and long-term solutions.
The technician was punctual and took extra care to ensure everything was running smoothly. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how they made sure to clean up after the work was completed. My home is now warm and cozy, all thanks to their expert service. I highly recommend Comgas for anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and trustworthy gas and heating professionals!

Commercial heating FAQs
Questions about our commercial heating services
Common questions about heating controls, pressurisation units and how they relate to our boiler servicing programme.
Is this the same as your commercial boiler servicing and maintenance programme?
No — that programme remains on its own preserved page and covers planned servicing and maintenance visits. This hub covers specific heating-system components, currently heating controls and pressurisation units, which can be arranged as one-off projects or alongside a maintenance programme.
Do you cover heating disciplines that don't have their own page yet?
Yes. Commercial heating installation, repairs and maintenance, radiant and warm air heating, LTHW systems, expansion vessels and plate heat exchangers are all part of our wider commercial heating scope — get in touch and we can confirm how your specific requirement is scoped.
Can you coordinate heating work alongside commercial plumbing or plant room projects?
Yes. Heating controls, pressurisation units and other heating work are often part of a wider plumbing or plant room project, and we coordinate the scopes so they are delivered as one sequenced project.
Do heating controls integrate with a wider Building Management System?
They can. Heating controls specifically zone and manage the heating circuit; where a building has, or wants, a wider Building Management System integrating multiple building services, that sits on its own preserved page, and we cross-refer between the two rather than duplicating either.
Do you work in occupied buildings such as schools or offices?
Yes, this is common. We discuss access, working hours and any specific operational constraints before agreeing a programme, and sequence heating work to minimise disruption where a building remains in use.
Can commercial heating work be arranged as an ongoing service, not just a one-off project?
Yes. Alongside individual heating projects, we can discuss an ongoing maintenance arrangement covering heating system components as part of a wider commercial maintenance programme.
Tell us about the commercial heating work you need and we'll advise on the right next step.
Whether it is heating controls, pressurisation units, or a discipline not yet listed on this hub, share what you need and any access or timescale constraints. We can advise on scope before any survey or quotation is arranged.
